I want to buy bitcoins but they ask me about my ID or Passport. It's a bit weird I always thought that Bitcoins are all about anonymity. Do you know some good websites that I canbuy BTC without showing my documents?

I do not think Kucoin requires any sort of ID but I haven't looked in a while. If you want to further be anonymous, use a VPN as well.

But I haven't tried this personally.
Before buying bitcoin at an ATM, you should set up a crypto wallet that is not linked to your identity, i.e a wallet which you haven't used in any transaction that can be linked to you, such as buying crypto at crypto exchanges which require your ID.
