I unexpectedly got a meto prescription. Not my first choice but maybe a sign?

I was describing how I have been feeling weak and been losing weight, I think from some digestive problem. I said I was even feeling a bit nauseous and had little appetite, so I got this prescribed. I wonder if its a sign by the gods pointing me to the path and making the journey a little bit easier. Maybe, who knows, that could be interesting.

I know its not really the case, just chance, but I guess I got one step done without much effort.

Something similar happened to me. I went to the ER for cannabinoid hyperemesis of all things, and they probably weren't aware that that's a thing so they gave me a meto prescription to at least curb the vomiting. I found the bottle while I was cleaning and have 30mg left, the exact amount the guides call for.

I'm not usually into cosmic woo woo or whatever, but it definitely felt like a sign to me.

I got meto as well. Just told the doctor I had lost appetite etc and asked what's available. He listed off a bunch and said which one do you want and I just said meto and he didn't even blink and wrote out the prescription. But my SN hasn't arrived yet I'm starting to get worried.

What the hell? The same thing happened to me as well. This is some kind of crazy voodoo going on. I got my meto by sheer luck. The timing is too perfect with all the bullshit that has been piling up the past year. If this isn't a sign I don't know what is.
