Help I tryed to hang myself and i think its not for me

When i tryed to hang myself my si activated so hard i only lasted 20 seconds i think i can only die by some method that involves being sleep first carbon monoxide ls impossible for me my house its not suitable and i dont have a car or transport someone help me please every day is a hell for me any place its better than here

I dont have enought money to order sn or n ... :(
And here in spain i cant find any source of sn
