I want to be a good person. I will donate my heart to organizations and hospitals while I am alive. Everyone refused while I was alive. How can I benefit this society before I die?

There are many ways everyday to help people. Consider letting someone go before you in a line at the grocery store. Compliment an older lady on her smile. You could call a school or library to see if they offer any volunteer opportunities.

They refuse. I am very skinny, and I only drink 1 liter of water a day.

I think most people with a normal body weight can donate. I got rejected bcs i took some antibiotics. And i got scolded for not drinking enough beforehand. They said i should have drank about a liter till noon.
Still need to try again.
Look at your local red cross organization or othdr volunteer/philanthropy groups. You might be able to help with something, because the work is not paid, there's not that much interest from the majority of people
