It might have worked... If I were shorter and if it wasn't so weird. How do people hang themselves in bathroom stalls??? Am I just too stupid to kill myself?
Also, I wanted to put my noose on the higher door but I was too short to reach it :(
Anyways my attempt failed, I felt uncomfortable but was unable to unalive myself. Should I be concerned? I didn't go unconscious or anything but I was still wondering if I should be concerned. I don't want to go to the hospital so I might deal with it.

Is it not that usually the force of dropping should cause the death if the constriction doesn't? I also failed hanging. Boiled it down to what I was hanging from.

There's a lot that goes in to hanging to get it right so I wouldn't say you're too stupid. Plus if you don't get it right and remain conscious too long, SI hits like a bus you wish was real. All bathrooms are different so the one you were in could have not been ideal as well (not that I 100% know what would be ideal).
I'm sorry it was an uncomfortable/unpleasant experience for you. What did you mean in the last sentence with dealing with it? If you weren't hanging too long, I doubt you caused yourself too much damage, especially if you can still think/type properly. But it's up to how you feel really and also if you just want to seek help, which if you do I'd encourage you to.
I think the force of dropping is only for execution-type hangings which would be a much greater drop than from a bathroom stall. Or if anything the drop could just be trying to make yourself go unconscious faster, but I don't think that's fatal unless it's a long fall and breaks your neck. I believe in most cases it would be the constriction and blocking off air-flow to the brain for long enough.
But those are just my thoughts and no real backing, especially since I'm just tired rn. I wish you the best in whatever comes next for you.

If you are doing this in a public bathroom you risk being found before death and risk brain damage/being a vegetable.

I tried it, but I couldn't get it right, so I wasn't caught. You're right but on the upper floor the bathroom there is usually less active which is why I tried in there.

Oh when I said that I meant dealing with the headache I worsened. I had a headache prior but I think I worsened it with that failed hanging. This is the second time I've attempted (and failed hanging), the first time I tried it my head, neck, and eyes hurt.

I'm sorry that you went through a failed attempt, I can imagine that it must be really awful. The fear of failure is the main thing that is holding me back from ctb. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
