I'm new here. I've been meaning to post "my story" for the past days but I can't get myself to do that. Yesterday I had hit a new low (in terms of numbness). I've been starring at my feet so long I forgot they were mine. Then that just popped into mind.

I definitely try to disconnect myself from my body as much as humanly possible, being around other people throws me back inside though, forces me to reconnect with it, and it kills me to do so.

i kinda agree. i don't recognize this body (or anything in this life) mine. so i basically live in an upper layer to it, trying to forget that i'm its prisoner

I agree, I have felt dead inside for years, really a hollow shell. In that way, I feel like my body has already left, I just need to finish the job now and be completely dead like I want to be and get out of this living hell and shell.
