Hey guys. I think I will have to use sn very soon, maybe even tommorrow or in a couple of days, just feel like my condition worsens and I can't take it any longer. I don't even have time to feel sorry that I can't wait for N.
I don't think I will post here again, maybe in this thread only

it will be difficult to plan but I have to do it while I still can
