Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I thought about ctb all night last night. I bought sleeping pills and alcohol. I'm going to drink now and get drunk. Then take sleeping pills. Then take about 40 other different pills and then put a bag over my wad with tape. So by using these different things I shouldn't make it. At least I'm hoping. I'll keep you guys updated.

OTC sleeping pills on their own wouldn't be efficient. Even benzos aren't unless you took hundreds. I tried taking 100 once and it just caused me to sleep for 24 hours. Only barbiturates on their own will work. But since you're using them to make you drowsy then they will help get the job done with regards to dulling your senses and helping with SI. I don't know if they will be strong enough for something more time consuming like suffocation, though since you could still have time in a semi-conscious state to tear the bag off while you're gasping for air. They would probably only work with a quick death like jumping. Of course it also depends on how strong they are, how many you take, and whether they just make you drowsy or put you in a deep sleep.
It may have been for the best. If it didn't happen then, it would have happened soon. Her suffering would have been prolonged. If you can somehow read this Rose, Goodbye.
May have, but she seemed too young to be so sad. Life is hard "the first time through". The breakups, the job losses, firing, quitting, etc., the feeling that you're not going to get better, the feeling that you're not worth it. After awhile it seems, to me anyways, that all those feelings fade. You find better, you experience worse...it's all a cycle. But, giving up on the cycle is just giving up on yourself, and that's why it's sad. You'll always be better than yesterday.
I understand. I just only justify suicide when in a terminal condition or chronic pain/illness. Heartbreak, loneliness, depression, those can all be overcome. Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel is incredibly hard sometimes. But, I'd hope anyone looking can find it. I wouldn't talk anyone into, or out of ctb, but rather just talk TO. Make sure they're completely confident. Suicide is do AND die. No room for regrets.
