I think I'll do it on my birthday

My birthday is next month and I'm gonna be 30. I think that'll be a great time to end it. Although I don't know if I can make it till next month in my current situation. I have no hope of getting better. Two very close friends of mine have a very important examination next week. I am just holding on for them because I think that finding out that their friend/neighbor is dead will probably distract them. Once I have celebrated their success with them for one last time, I will go full steam ahead with my plans. Except I don't have one. Currently planning to just jump off a bridge and really, really hoping that my skull shatters instantly.

Do you think it will be extra painful for my parents if my birth and death are the same day?

I like the orderliness of matching the end date with the start date. In a way it's kind of sweet. I'm a parent, for me it wouldn't make it extra painful, it would be a detail overshadowed. Reminds me of the movie Logan's Run in a way (30).
