Hey, depression is a bitch. I assume you mean junk food when you say 'junk' ? If so, it makes sense! I eat pizza and ice cream every day. Instead of doing drugs, I watch tv and eat junk food to 'cope' . It is hard to get the motivation to diet when you're depressed.
You could always look into a workout program of sorts and try to diet a bit more if you feel up to it.

look to be honest there's really not a whole lot wrong with junk food as long as you don't eat it constantly and as long as you are exercising. if i were you, i would make sure you are exercising because that will really help you. but seriously don't worry about the occasional binge it's really alright i mean it's impossible to eat perfectly healthy forever right?
