I need help with methods on dying

Of course, I want it to be painless. But I also want it to be highly successful with no chance of failing. One of the methods I've thought about was using a plastic bag, but I'm wondering how people are either surviving or successfully dying from it. 1st of all I don't know how the method works, so you can give me a tutorial on that. Also if you think there is a better way than the plastic bag, then pls tell me.

My preferred choice, increasingly, is the plastic bag over the head, and filling this with helium; apparently painless, at least physically, and becoming a more popular choice as regards euthanasia.
