I need too CTB but i don't have easy access to sn in my country. What should i do? I can't endure this anylonger since i am chronically ill and dont have access to healthcare.

I wish it was that easy but it isn't.
Check the resources section, there are some methods which don't require that many materials but still, they are not easy to do...
