I just mixed a bunch of things and it turned out good, i guess thats my one strange skill.
for the filling, i firstly mixed nutella, pistachio sauce and chocolate chip cookies into a container and put it in the freezer overnight.
After it was frozen, i cut the frozen bar into small pieces and used cookie dough to wrap it up
For the cookie dough, i used one egg, butter, olive oil, peanut butter, biscoff spread, brown sugar, self raising flower, baking soda and thats it i think.
Also it is pretty soft
