I live alone,can I bleed to death?

I list hope in SN and I can't do hanging or jumping somewhere but good thing is I live alone, can I bleed to death or everyday till I die?

I live alone
Completely lonely
No family nothing so should be easier

I live alone too but there's no way I'm choosing that method for two reasons:

1) When my family finds my body, they'll be traumatized forever and ever and I doubt they will be able to get over it.

2) Too painful and agonizing.
