The floor of my shower is the ultimate depression den. Drenched wine bottle, Dealer by Lana blasting, and an all-consuming sensation of deep despair and existential dread. Never knew rock bottom was made of tiles till now.
I'll spend hours sprawled under scolding hot water in an attempt to convince myself I can feel something. Anything. Instead, I've so far only managed to substantiate the opposite.Last edited:

No, i think it might be heart related ? I passed a brain scan recently, im assuming if it's seizure stuff they can see it with that ?
Oh like an MRI? Yeah they can usually see based on those.

I've dissociated and woken up lying down in the bath with the shower pouring down on me a few times. Not even gonna go on about what time it was...
I wouldn't count out the fucky wucky psychological stuff. But I wouldn't say it's super common either.
