I have the urge to lick Himalayan salt lamps.

My doctor has a salt lamp in their office and whenever they leave for a bit, I can't help but find myself wanting to lick the salt lamp to see if it's actually salt.

For those who don't know, it's a lamp made of salt.


Himalayan salt facts:

It is pink due to trace minerals. Tastes like salt.


They have it placed right next to where I sit. This is torture.

I got 2 small salt lamps in a trade.It's funny but sometimes something so insignificant can bring me such joy. I have them in front of me now.At night i light small candles and place them inside and it makes a magical orange calm light. Yes i also like licking them from time to time. It's real salt. I've heard they neutralize the negative ions from devices...don't know if it's bogus but they do make a very pleasant light. When and if i'll CTB i will bring this lamps with me at the hotel. They're one of the very few material things i care about.
