Yes, it should work. If you don´t get Meto, you can also use Domperidon or Diphenhydramin(chlorid). You should prepare a second dose of SN, in case you are vomiting.

Yes. There's been a few on here that successfully CTB without meto. I plan to use SN by itself when I do it.

Folks have managed without. There might be more likelihood of vomiting, so you might want to be sure you have a second glass ready.
