I am like you, I force myself to take refuge in sleep because as soon as I exist I am in hell, in my sleep in paradise, a very distinctive sign of severe depression.I would rather not but have to work. People depend on it. It sucks. You are lucky you can stay in bed. Not lucky to feel bad though. I'm sorry for that.
