  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I've tried. Sometimes, it doesn't feel like enough. I've been through portions of therapy, and it didn't seem like enough.

I've been considering another mental hospital visit for my mental health issues. But the general feeling there isn't great. I've been there so many times, almost hitting the double digits. Is it worth it to go again? I'm really not great but want to improve.

I don't know what to do. I can't get anything. I feel like I'm in a crisis again.

Sometimes difficulty can be found if one is trying to solve too much at once. Is it possible to sort of "nibble at the edges". Sometimes small victories can slowly turn the tide over time.

You might also want to give yourself credit for having made it this far.

The fact that you're still considering getting help despite feeling you haven't done enough, is a sign that you still have hope. Very nice. Keep focusing on the small daily victories, as well as looking into more "tools" that can help you cope. Find ways to externalize those thoughts and feelings while giving yourself a sense of achievement. Make something, write something down, dance, whatever. Ask yourself, if nothing matters in this world, what would you love to spend the rest of your life doing? Whatever it is, know that it is achievable one day, as long as you're still around. Remember that this crisis isn't forever. Good luck, mate.
