I have a question, are accounts that have a line on the name as if they are deleted are people who have "ctb"?

Some did succeed in cbt and thier account got disbanded. There a many reasons for a account to vanish. Mostly it's hard to prove a cbt succeeded or not, since nobody can look through the screenUpvote 2
