God doesn't care

I know that nobody is entitled to anything, but the fact that euthanasia is accessible only to rich people and only for specific conditions is hard to accept. And the criteria is not really about how much you are suffering, but more about how much normies can relate.
And what makes me agry the most is the pure hypocrisy of this system. They obviously don't care about the individual. They without remorse would allow us to die on a street or see us go through terrible suffering and not do even the bare minimum to help us. But at the same time when it comes to suicide, they pretend to be Samaritans for denying us access, psychologically and emotionally gaslighting us into not doing it.
I mean if you pretend to care, maybe help us solve the reasons why we want to die, instead of forcing us to suffer them by denying escape. The access to drugs for painless euthanasia is more suppressed then access to things like heroin. Isn't that really messed up?
