I hate that I have hope

A sliver of hope. I hate being so indecisive one minute I'm working to better myself and looking forward to the future the next I have to stop and ask myself why I'm not dead yet. I'm getting better but who's to say this will last? On days like today I have to remind myself of my reasons to live and I'm not always sure if theyre worth it

hope is a dangerous thing.

i try my best to stop myself from ever being hopeful anymore, so nothing can let me down nor can i be blindsided.

think it's best to just live day by day, not expecting or being wishful about anything, so you aren't let down or hurt by whatever happens in the future.

I was pretty much like that before I went more nihilistic. I'm not saying it's a good thing, but I don't even really see any "worth" in this world.

Yes, in the past if I have had any hope, it has been taken away as life is just so disappointing. It can be a painful feeling when this happens, so I understand what you are saying, that you hate that you have hope. Any hope would be delusional for me at this point, I am in complete acceptance of how hopeless everything is. I wish you the best though.

I don't think there's anything bad in having a hope….. I wish I had any. I used to have some…..
Yeah, there's a huge chance of being disappointed, but staying hopeful helped and still helps a lot of good people. But there's no guarantees…. But I'm still stupidly pro hope!!
