i got my appointments scheduled!

ive been untreated for my whole slew of mental issues (bpd, adhd, depression, and anxiety being the main ones) for my whole life due to having abusive parents who also don't believe in mental health ~u~

but recently i managed to get my insurance to keep things a secret from my family and i got scheduled to see a general doctor and discuss adhd medication!! ^u^

its a short step in a long proccess to eventually get a psych and therapist but im terrible with calls and social interaction so im really happy i could get it scheduled~ ^w^

also side note but heres a cafe i went to today~ (moving very very far away tommorow so i dont care that much if someone figures out where this is)

Nice work!! I applaud you because setting stuff up like insurance and appointments like that is nerve wrecking (at least it was for me) it's honestly a big accomplishment, hoping for the best for you
