Yo I took a few handfuls of tylenol and I hpore its eough. Is it bad that I'm excited to know hwat hapens affter you die? I'm listenign to some good music to make the waitning esasier. What's supposed ot ahppen? my headd hurts really bad and my mouth is dry and I am feeling PUMPED man. Wrote a poem of sorts, wrote the sad stuff in my journal, now I'm reasy. Iv etried this a few times (this is my 5th atttempt, let's hope it goes well and actually ends my life because hostpials scuk ass, especially since im 18 now so ill have to go to th adult unit if I survuve. I don't care at his point, im so glad I don't have to deal wtih myself anymore. my hed hurts really bad. How long does this usually take? too long? might take more. oh it burns. fun times. ugh. um idont know what else to say im tired. I feel rally bad for leaving my familt and friends behind, but hey, im selfish, right? that swhat they tell me

Sorry if I sound skeptical, but I've attempted to OD on Tylenol by taking nearly an entire bottle when I was a teenager and the only thing it did was give me an awful stomach ache and made me throw up. It wouldn't cause the random "typos" that OP is portraying. Certainly not with a couple "handfuls". The typos look forced and these reeks of an attention-seeking post.

Regardless... If he took anything over what you're supposed too he's probably in for vomiting and if he did take a few hand fulls or more he could end up needing a new liver and a friend of mine who works in a hospital said they don't hand new livers out to people who overdose on Tylenol. So it's an extremely slow death with the rest of your life spent in the hospital apparently.
I did the same stupid thing a few years back and luckily I just threw up for 7 hours and had a sharp pain where I assume my liver is for half a year.

I wish you well, if you are gone I hope you are at peace and if you are still here I hope you feel okay. Taking our own lives is hard and we can so easily fail our attempts, particularly overdoses.

Hey I went to the ER and then the mental hospital for a week. My body's okay as far as I can tell. It interacted pretty bad with my meds and made me loopy enough to text a friend goodbye even though I told myself I wouldn't this time, and she convinced me to go to the ER. I'm in a partial hospitaization program now, but I'm still havnig very mixed feelings about living. Idk. Thanks for replying to those of you who did though. Makes me feel a little better knowing not everyone is going to judge me for my actions towards myself.

Before I discovered SS,I was looking around for a method. I heard that Tylenol would do it. I am so glad I never pursued that!!

FirstI am so sorry that you were in so much pain that you were driven to do that.

Second, I am glad you are not seriously harmed or at least mostly recovered.

Third, I really would like to discourage you from utilizing that method again. As has been previously mentioned in this thread, there are potential long term damages that can come from this method. Life is already difficult as is. I would hate for your quality of life to diminish further. If you think you just need treatment for a while, self-reporting is an option. If you really think it's time to end things, there are so many resources on the site to help you arrive at a more peaceful solution.

Fourth, I really do hope you feel better — in all respects — soon. I wish peace for your body, mind, and spirit. Thinking of you.
