I feel so trapped

Right now I feel so trapped in this hole I can't get out. All I want is for this to end . I feeling like I am sinking and can't get above surface level . All I want is to sleep and never want to wake up .

I don't feel young anymore (23) and I have ruined my entire life.
I actually ruined my life .
I see no relief from my life regrets
Nothing feels pleasurable and enjoyable anymore
All I can think of overdosing on all the medication in the house or throwing myself in deep lake as I can't swim.
There really is nothing for me in this world and my really is over.

Hey luv..I have done MANY things at ur age and younger, n felt as if, at the time, my life was ruined (dropping out of school, stripping, dominatrix, dating drug dealers, running away from home as a teen, ruining relationships)..Sometimes life gets betta. Sometimes it doesn't..

It's hard to see any glimmer of light when ur immersed in darkness..Possibly, it's not altogether ruined...
