  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Random thread to post but the last week I've been noticing that my heartbeat has been stronger/louder and or faster than normal. As far as I can tell it's not anxiety related because I don't feel panic stricken or stressed about anything. But even when I'm just sitting down like normal I can really notice my chest thumping harder. I hope it's not health related or some kind of condition.

Hate the sensation of feeling my own heart beating or pulse makes me cringe out. You got healthcare? Theres prolly ways to get your blood pressure/heart rate tested without doing the whole doctor appointment tho, might be worth it tho if no alternative. You know your own body best and if you think things change its always best to trust your gut about these things

Yeah, you don't need to feel anxious to have anxiety. My friend has a heart condition and he was convinced it was that, because he didn't 'feel' anxious. Turns out, it was anxiety.

Anxiety comes in different ways: it can be dizzy spells, heart fluttering, feeling sick, stomach ache, all sorts.

You don't need to feel anxious to be anxious. Kinda like those that are depressed but don't believe they are, when they *definitely* are.

My friend had all the symptoms of a heart attack.

Hope this helps

I recommend checking that out. You know your body best and if you notice your heartbeat is abnormal, then it's not something you should ignore.

I'm not a doctor so I have no idea what it could be. I hope it's something easily treatable so you can feel your usual again 🫂

I understand that "heart issues" can cause anxiety bc our brain might interpret it as "life threatening" and this is causing us anxiety.

I think you should visit your GP or trusted doctor to examine this to have clarity about what's up with your heart.
