I've been having trouble finding a job and the side effect of that is that I'm spending all of my time in my house. I feel like a zoo animal in a cage that's too small. I'm so lonely and at my wits end. I'm also scared I might have herpes. All of these small issues are piling up. I feel like I can't handle reality. I'm making progress towards my ctb and I feel like I'm at my breaking point anyway.

In my personal opinion, if you want to try and clear tour head. Walking is surprisingly helpful.

I really empathize with the feeling of losing oneself when cooped up too long. I'm not working. So I have to take long walks to be able to sort through my thoughts. Can't say if that's the right thing for you.

Either way, hope you find your own best way forward.

I remember the frustration of making application after application after application and not getting a job. 😞 It's so exhausting and disheartening.
Idk if it helps but I eventually did get a job, and I'm sure you will too. It's not my dream job or anything but it suits me fairly well. I really hope you find something suitable & soon. Have you been to the doctor at all?
Do you have any family / friends?

Keep trying and you will eventually find a job but for now can you join a gym? It's a great way to meet new people while exercising. And you don't know of you have herpes bit if you did It's not the end of the world. Apparently a lot of people have it. I have a friend that has it and it hardly ever flares up and she is married.
