I feel free and unafraid

This isn't advice or any confinement of any decision period. But since I've decided to set a date and plan I've felt such a sense of freedom and ownership. I won't have people who care about whether or not I completed compliance training. It won't matter what I do with taxes or if I renew car tags. I won't have to be part of consuming marketing or be part of a demographic. I won't have to participate in status update meetings. All the things that overwhelm 90 percent of my life outside of sleep will simply be gone. That makes me feel good. It's like the only big of control Ive had in many many years.

I understand why you would feel relieved. To me, non existence is ideal, it is freedom from endless problems and suffering. Life is completely unnecessary and I know that for many having a plan to leave can make them feel much better.
