Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

My SN plan is like this:
I will fast for 13 hours.

8:00 a.m = 2x500 mg paracetamol
8:20 a.m = 2x10 mg domperidone + 4x20 mg famotidine
9:00 a.m = drink 30g SN in 70 mL water.

I don't know if I would be able to drink the second glass if I vomit, because of burning sensation in the throat and stomach. (People in SS told me that Idk if its true tho)

For me to fail this method, I would need to vomit all of the SN in my stomach. Is this possible? From the doctors I talked with, they said that an untreated sodium nitrite ingestion would rob the person's oxygen and kill him.

What is the risk of someone to vomit all of the SN in their stomach? I think someone would need to drink a lot of alcohol or use a lot of water for this to happen.

I also know that it is very common for someone to vomit even if they fasted and taken antiemetics. Then why do people use antiemetics? What is the effect of it if you still vomit after drinking this poison?

Can we simply say that an untreated sodium nitrite ingestion in a fasted stomach and in a healthy adult would guarantee death?

Thanks.

I feel like you would have to vomit right away but I don't know. Don't trust what I say.
