Venting I don’t know if karma even exists anymore

Why does karma never go to those who hurt others? I noticed it's always the bad people who treat others so awful in life that get the good luck. It's not fair.

It catches up to them eventually. Everything in the physical universe shows us that no action goes without consequence. Ethical aspect of actions is no different. Maybe it is not called Karma but it is there

Stopping believing in karma hurts because you have to accept life isn't fair, but it's also freeing because karma is a really harmful concept in the end. An example, people saying abusive families, sexual abuse, are because you did something to deserve it, or it's meant to "make you a better person", disgusting romanticization. It also stops people from taking action and holding others & themselves accountable. It's a way for people to cope with the meaningless suffering of existence, but it's not a harmless way to cope. I think these lyrics from HEALTH's song SLAVES OF FEAR says it better than I can: "No pain has purpose / No one above to judge us / No pain has justice / No one above to love us"

You can believe whatever you want but in my opinion I think you should accept it's not real. It's just going to hurt you & others to believe it is. Sometimes I still wish karma was real because I want people who hurt others to not get away with it, I think we're all going to wish that sometimes.

There is no such thing as karma. It simply does not exist. Life is very unfair and many people suffer a lot more than others. That is why I see it as better to never be born in the first place. In this life everything is determined by luck. Some people are disadvantaged right from the start through no fault of their own.

I don't see it as good luck, but unscrupulous, unconscious people who do whatever it takes to get along in life.
So they feel no remorse, regret not triggering depression of sadness and psychosomatic diseases. Just as Zeroornothing said, the action has reaction now, in the near or distant future. These individuals lack empathy, kindness and charisma like the vast majority of members here in the SS.
In the subject, these individuals are empty of their own free will.

'I am not a bad person by any stretch'.....and yet you reflect inner pain by labelling your negative perception.of self!. I have found that people who judge me is often the reflection of their pain. We live in a society that dishes out dirt by the bucket load so be kind to,YOU...amazing things can happen!

I've noticed the same thing. It's awful how good things seem to go unrewarded, while bad things are encouraged.

Maybe we should have a thread where everyone calls everyone a stupid asshole and see if our life gets better?

In this world, no one ever gets what they deserve. The good are never properly rewarded and the bad are never properly punished according to their misdeeds.

Life is simply a chaotic assortment of atoms and there is no such thing as fairness or justice in the physical universe.

I don't believe in karma, I think life is a complete roll of the dice. I don't think there is any order, plan, moral law in the universe. We live in a cosmic casino. If justice ever happens it is by accident.

Karma does not exist. Almost everybody gets away with everything. The people that fuck over others the most, those that cheat and harm others the most are the big winners in the end. The people that say "Oh, they will be punished by karma" or "They will be punished in hell" are coping. There is no higher power enacting justice or punishment.
