I don't have the energy to plan my death

Am I the only one who has this problem? I can't even read properly, never mind take the steps necessary to die peacefully. Sometimes I can sustain focus and read for a while by taking stimulants, but otherwise I'm hopeless.

I even struggle to read the posts on here. I just want to be normal.

I have been thinking of doing the same. Even if it doesn't work, it's a step in the right direction. It'd be so comforting to be able to tell myself I don't have to be stuck on this Earth for another 50-60 years if I don't want to be.

I remember when exit bags were more popular and me and my soggy paste brain would try so hard to make sense of all these numbers and new words. It happened a lot with hanging too. SN really is a gift for anyone dealing with this level of brain fog.

I feel the same way today.
I guess if we just hang in for the moment,eventually very soon,we would have some energy and clarity of thought.
Energy changes just as life does.
