well, i have a really serious problem: blepharoptosis or palpebral ptosis i mean, my eyelid is falling this is making my left eye being seriously damage, for this i'm becoming blind if I don't have surgery to lift the right eyelid, i have an eyeglasses but the formula is raising so fucking fast and every year my vision is worse, and i really can't get the surgery cause the negligence of the health services, but for make it worse IM FUCKING GETTING DEAF, i live in a zone where there are so much pubs and nightclubs and every weekend i have to put up with the fucking noise with the fucking shitty puerto rican trap, the filthy regeton, the stupid popular music (a mexican ranchera style colombian music) with an incredible noise pollution level than make the windows and walls vibrate, every fucking weekend, and i can't fucking do anything, and these days i wake up with fucking tinnitus, that means that i'm losing the fucking the hearing, and i can't look for another home cause i'm a fucking neet, fucking shit, what the fuck i need to do to get a bit comfortable or paceful and whorty life? fuck all i'm done with this shit

Life is so horrible. It sounds really awful what you are going through, I'm sorry things are so bad. It really is painful to be in a hopeless situation, our bodies are capable of torturing us and there is no limit as to how bad it can get.
