Does anyone here know of any reasonable alternatives or over the counter antiemetics or anything like that?

There's no guarantee how well Dramamine might work as an AE, but it is mentioned as an alternative to a script AE in the PPH. But, then again, how well do script AE's work?

Buy Ondansetron off of the darknet, it goes for 17USD usually. Comes from India shipped to worldwide.

Ondansetron is the strongest antiemetic that you'll ever get.

No I can't. How could I confirm something like that? It's talked about in the PPH as an otc alternative for meto for those that can't obtain meto. No one can confirm ANY medicine will work for anyone since everyone's system is different.

Ondansetron is a strong antiemetic, and if you want to prevent vomiting in other contexts, then it's better than meto.

However, meto (and other dopamine-antagonist antiemetics like domperidone, or even some antipsychotics) also serves to increase the rate of gastric emptying, meaning the SN spends less time in your stomach and gets into your bloodstream quicker. This means that vomiting is both less likely, and less of an issue when it does happen.

Ondansetron isn't currently recommended by PPH, as far as I understand it.
