I am choosing to hang. I wanted something less traumatizing for my family but i cant seem to get hold of any other things, waking up everday is a nightmare. I'll do it soon, in may. Any suggestions or comments are welcome! Thank you.

Ricin would be suspicious, as it's extremely rare for it to be unintentional. It would also be a very unpleasant death that could take up to three days to kill you. No bueno.
