I eat 3 hours ago some Alitalia bit of muffins am hungry now

sounds like you may not be quite ready and that's okay! take your time and think about it. you really should fast for 24hrs too... most ppl vomit even with nausea meds which you don't have.

I have no one and I could probably kill myself right now if I have the stuff I need.
Though I don't think suicide was my first option.

Take ibu an hour before SN

I got advil ibuprofen 200 mg right now
I got now 600 mg of advil iboprofen an ill waite 30 min to drink sn

I didn't eat nothing since 3 o clock it was alitle bit of muffins ididnt even finish it that all I eat for the whole day

this. we need to normalize not being ready.

many users, including me, feel guilty about not being able to catch the bus. it's ok. there will be other chances. there is no pressure, no rush. go on your own pace. no one is going to judge you, or at least no one should judge you for that. hope you can find peace, no matter how.

Thats the name of a brand that buy i was lookingfor ibuprofen in delivery app thats what I got advil ibuprofen 200 mg (advil is the brand name )
