I can't get an antimetic for the SN method. How likely will the method still work?

I can't get a prescription for an antiemetic but I really want the SN method to work. What's the likelihood the method will still work?

Yup. I'm planning to CTB using SN without antiemetics, hopefully I'm not wrong (without anything besides painkillers)

Hopefully someone else can also say something more about it.

When I've needed antiemetics in the past, ginger has worked. Not sure if that would work in this case at all.

If antiemetic is against vomiting, so if one just gets to drink sn without vomiting, let's say it's already past throat and you don't really smell or taste it, i think it could be possible for body to still try to get rid of it, just like alcohol, or some poisonous substance

Unfortunately SN has really, really bad taste. At least that's what others say about it's taste. Even if you vomit, you can still die. Yup, the longer it lasts in your stomach, the better, but if you throw up, it doesn't mean you will fail for sure.

I can imagine how hard it would be to drink salty water, i guess one have to somehow get it past the throat safely, i have contemplated this method, though i would just somehow not smell it and dink it as one shot, quickly, i don't have antiemetics and I'm myself considering this method, everyone's body eventually reacts differently

Even with antiemetics vomiting is likely. SN is incredibly toxic and lethal in relatively small amounts. Antiemetics are not a requirement for success with this method.
