I can’t do this anymore

When my anxiety peaks out I can't breathe
When my anxiety peaks out I can't concentrate
When my anxiety peaks out I can't function

My youth is gone.. adult life is terrible… I didn't make any sense and I actually think suicide will help me get either a second chance or just plain old end my suffering once and for all.. I need to go

It must be so awful having to deal with so much anxiety. I'm sorry that you are going through this, I know that this life can be unbearable when you are suffering so much. I hope you find relief from your pain in whatever happens.
