I have come to the conclusion that I am too scared to carry out the act, I have applied to Dignitas, does anyone have experience here in dealing with them? So far, they seem to be very responsive.

You're lucky that you're able to afford Dignitas. I wish that I were able to.
3 months is not bad :) For mental illness, they told me via email that it could be 6m -1y or even longer and there is no guarantee for the green light. So, I just give up and finally found n method. Cancer seem to be easier to get approve.
I cant do it unless I have N :(
