it really caught my attention when i saw the name of the thread, because I really feel this a lot.
But to me personally, it has always been this way as long as I can remember. It's such a shitty feeling. Not only is it difficult to communicate to others what you feel but at the same time you cannot even communicate to yourself what you feel, because the thoughts are such a mess and all over the place.
I feel for you, I really do.

Yes. I have always struggled with concentration, but as time goes by I have became more and more tired of living which has made my ability to focus even worse. I'm sorry that you go through this. None of us should have to suffer.Similar threads
