Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've gotten help and started seeing a psychiatrist. I was put on Lexapro 20mg and Lamictal 100mg. Ever since then I've been feeling great! I can actually envision a future for myself. I actually have goals and dreams that I want to accomplish. I haven't thought about suicide in months now. I'm eating better, talking better, walking better, etc. I actually look forward to the next day. I look forward to learning and growing as a person. I'm very excited to know what the next chapters of my life look like. If someone told me that i would have gotten to this point I would've told them to fuck off. But I really appreciate myself for sticking it out and finally getting the help that I needed.

Getting through rough patches is an important skill. If you need to use it in the future, you have this success to look back on to sustain you.

This is so nice to read, and I'm happy for you. I'm in a similar position, although the happiness hasn't lasted as long as yours. I have been on Prozac for OCD for a few months but felt that it wasn't doing anything, and was self-harming and having violent intrusive thoughts for the first time since I was a child. My psychiatrist put me on Abilify (an anti-psychotic), and I've been on it for about a week and genuinely feel like I can look forward to life again. I'm worried that this won't last, but I truly hope that we can both thrive with medication. I always have to remind myself that mental illness is an illness just the same as a physical one. Some of us need medication too, just like how some physical ailments require medication.
