It is exhausting, I've been depressed my whole life, but this is a whole new level of depressed. I am supposed to ctb this month, I hope I can, I want peace, we all deserve peace.

Same I think, I have no appetite at all, my hands are all shaky and it took me 4 hours to psych up to take a shower.

Same :( My mind and body are just tired, so tired. I feel like I'm locked inside of a prison with my own thoughts. I know I deserve better than this life, nobody here deserves to feel like this.
