I am about to order my SN but I live with my elderly mother, who is very nosy, so I am afraid that she will find it and open it. Are there places in US that you can have a package delivered to? Also meto is a script, is there any OTC alternative?

I'd say use the delivery hubs for the famous river website. But they do not let you have the SN delivered there.

Yes, a PO box at a post office is great to use. Also, you can use a UPS store where you rent a box, and there are many "mail receiving" or "Mail forwarding" places everywhere. Also, if you use Amazon, they can ship to "Amazon Lockers" which are business places near you that "receive" packages that you can go pick up.

The lockers cannot be used to deliver SN unfortunately. I have tried.

@Rushon , @Hotsackage You can open a P.O. Box at the post office. There is also an app called Vyllage where others can receive packages for you, sort of like the Uber of package delivery. UPS store etc. They delivered my SN to a PO box.

Cantdo, I don't know if you are in USA, but many times I stayed extended periods in hotels and, yes, the routinely receive mail for guests, with no problem. They will let you know when they receive a package in your name usually. It is a kind of nice buffer between the seller and you. Good luck.

Sorry I should have phrased that better. I know hotels will accept packages for you in general but do you think the seller would refuse to ship to a hotel? I know the big river website won't ship to a locker which I assume is because they want to know who is receiving it and it looks a bit suspicious going to a locker. So maybe shipping to a hotel would raise a red flag too and they would cancel the order?

As far as receiving packages when you have a reservation, I have called ahead to the manager, told them of reservation, and told them I was in town on business and had a very important package being delivered to their hotel, and to please hold it. Never had a problem, but it is advisable to try as you can to already be in the hotel when a package arrives.

Lockers are a whole different thing...forget them...if you are in hotel they will accept your package. Never had a problem. PM me if you need to discuss any details, if you like. Good luck.
The site you refer to, where you buy, has always delivered to me at a hotel, no questions. As long as your billing address for your credit card is okay, no problem, you can deliver almost to any address, including PO box
