I am a lazy , pleasure loving , selfish , idiot (one who doesn't learn from their mistake) , a burden on others , okay I get it . But Dear Thoughts , can you please stop now !
TLDR: Thoughts reminding me of how worthless I am , How you guys deal with these past regrets , if you have any .
