I had a meeting with a social worker to talk about my children. An issue that automatically makes me cry and this led the assistant to ask the judge to go to a psychologist for my visible anguish. I don't know what I'm going to do, I never went to a psychologist if he discovers that I am a potential suicide? it would be the same shit

They don't have a machine that they can hook up to you to see if you're suicidal. Tell them you're not suicidal, never have been and have never entertained a suicidal thought in your entire life and you don't think you ever will because it's not part of your core philisophical outlook and nature.

I don't know the full details of your situation but I'm assuming you're upset because you love your children and don't want to lose them. If it's upsetting you because you care so much about them then I think you can be honest with the psychologist about that. And obviously don't mention that you feel suicidal.

Do you have custody of your children? I'm no expert in law, but I can't imagine the state has a right to take your children unless you neglet them or harm them in any way.

Just because you are sad and cry over your situation over your children, does not automatically imply depression or suicidal. In fact, it is a quite normal response. Follow the advice that @schopenh provided and don't volunteer any information, and if asked, deny, deny, deny...

She made me a complaint for gender violence, I spoke to my lawyer and he told me that it was impossible to beat him because it is the word of a woman against that of a man and I lost my judgment. I had to plead guilty so that the sentence is low and not have to serve it in jail.
