Really needing some ideas on a method that could leave cause of death in doubt i.e no one will ever be 100% sure that I took my own life.
I am more scared of life than I am a death. That's for sure.

Unless you have an accomplice, which I do not recommend at all, there are very few ways you can do it i.e. youre a skydiver and botch your own chute, a mountain climber and "trip" etc you get the point.

Sorry to suggest such a method but get drunk and drown in a bathtub.

Its not the best method but it wouldnt raise peoples suspicions.
