Discussion How would you describe your fashion/ clothing style?

Mby this is a generic question, but fashion still is sth I kinda enjoy sometimes and I'm genuinely curious.
I'd say my clothing style prob fits into alternative street wear, tho it's hard to define. My fav brands are prob A Cold Wall, tho I like their newer stuff less and small European brands like Atelier de roupa (link), they make decent stuff for ok prices. It took me a long time to find a style I was comfortable with, some figure it out way quicker. I like a mix of stuff but they consist of the same theming: gothic or emo. Like, studded belts, ripped jeans (skinny or bootcut), platform heels or loafers, hella silver bracelets and necklaces (I want to be chiming and ringing wherever I go).

If I had to label it, the fit overall is probably closer to goshikku or rokku gyaru, but I really wanna get into rorita fashion too and treat myself to a cute frilly OP (can't figure out how to style a JSK for the life of me) with all the lace and stuff. I mostly thrift (irl shops or online listings) and there's actually hella gold to be found just wasting away in someone else's closet.

That's cool, seems like a very unique aesthetic. I like baggy clothes in general, I think it usually just looks better than anything tight fitting

I also really like vintage slim fit lee's jeans but they're really hard to find especially the fully cotton ones most have 10% elastin in them.

Just a solid tee with jeans and tennis shoes.

I also wear loose dresses and skirts, no pants. Primarily I wear vintage stuff that's unique. I've never been able to figure out why I continue to be interested in fashion when I'm so depressed but I am. Where I lived for my first 30 years there was a higher standard and where I am now, it's gross. The one compliment I still enjoy getting is when people tell me they can tell I'm not from here..

I think it's a good thing that you are still interested in fashion even though you are depressed. For me it's the same, tho the interest comes and goes if that makes sense

Very random tbh, not really a specific style. I have some very basic-looking clothes that i wear and a few graphic t-shirts with anime and stuff. So yeah it's really random lol.
