You can use a scale to weigh - a kitchen scale doesn't work I hear so you should get a better specific scale for this sort of thing.
Alternatively, roughly one tablespoon OR 3 teaspoon will do.

Buy a small scale that measures in grams, not a kitchen scale.
If not just use 4 Teaspoons or 1.4 Tablespoons as referenced in this chart.Attachments
