Discussion How to stop my survival instinct during suicide?

I'm tired of this shit. Tired of always getting hurt. Tired of hating this whole damn world! It's been a year and still can't get over my ex. I'm like a living dead carrier of pain and it's only getting worse. I can't take it! I've finally decided to end it all this year. I'd just have to prepare and save some money for my cremation and then that's it! But I'm afraid that my survival instinct will stop me. I'm a very private person. I'd like to stay away from news when I die. I also live in the city and I don't have a gun. Please suggest what is the best method? I'm considering apple seeds ....
