How to Overdose?

I am just wondering how people manage to Overdose?

I would like to go by taking a whole bunch of sleeping tablets and going peacefully.

Is it not something that people do all the time?

How would you recommend doing this?

How many sleeping tablets would I need to take?

Powerful opiates+other downers in large (and I mean LARGE) amounts work, but it's still quite unreliable, odds of survival with serious damage are much higher than one would like. Plus, narcan can reverse an overdose. Of course, plenty of people OD and die accidentally with all the fentanyl around in NA, but it's a game of Russian roulette in a way.

It's okay. Films and TV give a false impression of how easy it is to ctb by ODing.

Dude...it doesn't matter how many sleeping pills you take. If you're healthy and have no pre-existing health conditions, OD'ing isn't going to work for you. That's the truth even though it's a hard pill to swallow. But I guess OD is an excellent method to self hard...if you wish to get into a coma for the next 50 years.
Don't get me wrong for my tone, but the truth is that IT AIN'T GONNA WORK!
