How to not panick after taking sn?

i believe i will panick the moment i ingedt the sn and i don't want that to happen. How can i avoid that any tips?

I think the benzos are supposed to help with that. Though I don't have any.

I'm also wondering how I'm gonna handle that. I am planning on taking benzos an hour before. I'll go for 60mg (based on the fact that 30mg make me slightly sleepy and relaxed).

I feel like despite the benzos that because of the fast heart rate and the anxiety and such that it'll just be hard to control your emotions no matter what. I forgot how much benzos one can take. Everyone is different I guess but I feel like I will most likely be scared shitless no matter how much I try my best to ease the situation.

Try meditation and breathing exercises. When you're ready to take sn then you'll be much calmer.

Panic is probably a real problem, panic from partial is bad enough and SN takes time to work a lot more time than partial. I have read about methods such as slashing arteries whilst in the bathroom and covering the door handle with blood so that it is impossible to open. I would think some sort of sedative would be helpful be it benzo or illicit.

Yeah the fear setting that you've done yourself in and it's only a matter of minutes before lights out would be terrifying for sure. I think if you are 100% if it was me I'd dispose of my phone so I couldn't call for aid, that way regardless of me freaking out the deal would be sealed.

I'm guessin Xanax, opiates, alcohol, anything sedating, euphoric, uninhibiting
